I visited the KFC drive-thru to pick up my order and was told it would be ready in 12 minutes. After paying, the cashier asked me to park and wait for my food. However, after more than 20 minutes, I went back to the window only to find out my order had been forgotten. The cashier then told me to move aside while they prepared it. After waiting an additional five minutes, I was about to ask for a refund when the cashier finally shouted that my order was ready. Instead of bringing it to my car like other fast food restaurants do when there’s a delay, the cashier asked me to walk up to the window to get it. The experience was satisfactory. I would have preferred more attentive and detail-oriented customer service. For example, when taking my order that includes xyz, it would be great if the staff asked about my preferred sauces or included them in the bag without my having to ask. Additionally, please don't forget to provide my receipt.
I really enjoy this restaurant, particularly because the manager is highly skilled and truly understands the business. My partner and I love visiting every week. We always go on Sundays at noon, and she is always warm and fantastic with the customers.
Always liked this KFC. Due to the high volume of sales, the chicken is always freshly made.. The customer service is very good.. The young lady who took my order inside at counter, was extremely pleasant and courteous. 5 star's
