When here for dinner on Tuesday night and ordered 4 of their macaroni bowls for my family. I was in the drive thru and was told the chicken was cooking and to pull around to the front and they would bring the bowls out to me. I did as I was asked. Waited 15 minutes and then went inside to see what the issue was. Upo9n speaking to the person working the drive thru he told me it would be another 20-25 minutes due to the macaroni in the oven was not ready. I asked why he told me 4 minutes, when it was evident it was not going to be ready, and he said, "I don 't know. "I am not holding this young man accountable as he is just an employee but the person with the keys didn 't seem to care. So then...
I had a terrible experience with the drive-thru wait time. The inside of the restaurant felt very closed off, almost like it had just reopened after the pandemic. I waited at least five minutes behind two customers who were picking up their orders, and I was told to wait a moment. I’m not sure if management is having trouble hiring staff or just can't keep employees, but they really should consider closing this location. It's strange that they have a dining area that’s not being utilized.
Horrid Drive through wait time, inside is closed sense they opened during Covid, waited at least 5 minutes behind 2 people get the one through order and told to wait one moment. I don?t know if management can?t hire people or can?t keep people, at thispoint they should close this location down. Why have a in person dining room and not use it.
Horrible customer service!!The workers show the customers they don't want to be here.Waited 20min only for them to get my order wrong. And worse, they blamed me for their negligence, claiming its what I said.Don't come here, you have been warned ahead of time.

This was the worst meal I've ever had from KFC. The food tasted old and not fresh at all. I ordered a 3-piece meal, took two bites, and ended up throwing the rest away. I can't believe they would serve food of this low quality. I won't be coming back again.
Businesses have been opened for over a year since Covid and these guys still won’t unlock their doors to let anyone eat inside. Ridiculous. Wont be back until they figure out they’re a fast food restaurant and not just a drive thru.
This was my first time dining at KFC here in the US, and I really enjoyed it! That said, I do miss the KFC back in the Philippines, especially the one in my beloved hometown of Davao City.
Terrible service! I spent my entire 30-minute lunch break waiting in the drive-thru line just to pick up an order. Absolutely ridiculous!
