There were only three people on site: a cook I never saw, a young Black woman in training, and a young Black man with braids who seemed to be running the operation. I want to express my appreciation for your kind and courteous staff. However, I need to address an issue I experienced with the cooking of your chicken and biscuits. Last week, I purchased a bucket of chicken along with sides of coleslaw, mashed potatoes, and biscuits, and I was quite disappointed with the quality of the chicken and biscuits.
To start with the chicken, every piece seemed to have been cooked in old, brown oil. When I tried to serve the chicken, the skin was so soft that it fell apart easily. It appears that your frying oil hasn't been changed in a very long time, and I want to remind you that old oil can become rancid.

The service is about what you would expect for the price, and the company is known for its poor treatment of employees—a fact that is widely recognized and understood. When you visit the restaurant, it often feels nearly deserted, which I think says a lot about the overall atmosphere.
Once again, my order was messed up! This time, there were no biscuits, butter, or honey included. This is the 13th time in less than a year—seriously? I paid for a full meal and feel like I've been ripped off yet again! I believe I'm owed at least one, if not two, meals. I'm done with this location due to their lack of quality.

Ordered a 16 Piece and was only given 8, and the chicken looked like it was dipped in something to give it a slimy consistency. Not the normal crispy style skin you would expect fried chicken to have, also smelled like the oil there using hasn't been changed in a good minute.
The food is consistently good, but they often run out of menu items, which is frustrating when ordering.
