I was there around 4pm on a weekday and they weren?t busy. There were 2 cars ahead of me in drive thru lane. I placed my order then when I get to window I pay for my order. I ordered one of the bowl meals so wasn?t a big order. He gives me my drink andtells me to pull to the front to wait for my order. I was confused because they were not busy. There was one car behind me. Ipull to the front and noticed there?s 3 other cars waiting. 20 minutes later Im still waiting for my order and they served 4cars than ordered after me. The girl came out with orders and kept asking what they ordered. So this place is just moving thedrive they line but doesn?t have a way to keep track of which cars ordered...
Not attentive to takeout order being filled with all items/some being missing but paid for. While eating in the parkinglot due to pet policies we noted a car going round and round the drive thru revving up their motor playing with drive thru host....foodwas good, what we got but not accurate to the menu discription. Due to the playful car ordeal going around the drive thru was achoice we made to not go back thru the window area to correct our missing food items from our order. Win win for KFC getting thefull price paid for a food ordered that was missing part of the order; not the best service due to playfuldistractions/possible ltd safety for drive thru service patrons. ????
I visited the restaurant around 4 PM on a weekday when it was surprisingly quiet. There were only two cars ahead of me in the drive-thru lane. I placed a simple order for one of their bowl meals and paid at the window after receiving my drink. The staff member then asked me to pull forward and wait for my order, which puzzled me since there was only one car behind me and no line. Moving to the front, I noticed three other cars also waiting. After 20 minutes, I was still sitting there, still waiting for my food.
The most pathetic excuse for a KFC I 've ever experienced. I love KFC but the food here is rarely fresh. And the management is incompetent. Multiple times I have went there and the food was out of stock. If your not going to stock chicken, then shut down, lock the doors and go home. I don 't want to hear I 'm sorry we are out of that until Friday , and damn sure don 't want to hear that when its only Monday. Unacceptable. I wont be wasting my time going to this KFC again. No

I absolutely love this place! The customer service is outstanding—Angelica and Antonio were incredibly helpful with my large order this morning. It was quick and friendly service! I highly recommend it despite some negative reviews; this restaurant is a gem! I will definitely come back and recommend it to everyone.
The woman at the counter was incredibly unfriendly and outright refused to provide us with the drinks we ordered. She even accused us of lying, despite us showing her the online receipt. To add to the situation, the chicken we received was undercooked. I would strongly advise against visiting this restaurant.
service was wonderfully fast. with polite and friendly workers as always. would been 5 stars, but my extra crispy recipe was more like sum type of new Xtra soggy flour coated crumbs.. the chicken was juicy just not crunchy. the cookie was on point tho, it never disappoints.
I waited over 30 minutes for my order, while others who arrived after me received theirs first. Additionally, none of the staff were wearing gloves. I would recommend avoiding this place.

My three wonderful grandchildren absolutely love the food at KFC, and it's one of my favorites too! The chicken is incredibly delicious, and we all enjoy the tasty meals there!
