I walked inside to place my order and had my card ready to pay. However, the woman behind the counter asked for my ID and told me my order seemed like a scam. I’m not sure how it could be a scam when I'm willing to pay for it. There was also a guy there with his dog sitting on the counter, which was off-putting. I've definitely lost my business and won't be returning. I ended up going to Lavale, where I placed the same order and they didn't ask for my ID.
Went with the family to have a quick dinner. Walked to door it was unlocked. Got to counter lady looked at us like we was crazy and said they was only serving drive through. I said well can I still order in here. She said yea but you will wait our drive thru customers come first…. Why not just lock the doors or put a note on the door. Won’t be back. Horrible service.
Customer service sucks very rude the person that takes the order is not even at the window when they are rude the window girl is nice..30min wait for the new spicy chicken and they tell u to order something else great hustle..gotta find another chicken place 1 star Customer service food 4
The chicken and mashed potatoes were as I remembered them, very good. The coleslaw was not as good as it used to be. It was watery and not as crisp and tasty. It did not used to be so bland, and it was definitely not worth $3.59 cents for a tiny Styrofoam container. Book a table now
Open the lobby and open the buffet. What a waste of staff and eating space. If you are Drive Thru only then put a sign up or move to a different location. Sonic or really anything would be better than KFC in Cumberland. LaVale has a KFC and it's 5 miles away.
The food was really disappointing. The chicken was burnt, and the fries were too hard. It felt like they completely missed the mark! It shouldn't be like this when it comes to my meal.
My sandwich had barely any mayo on it, making it so dry that I could hardly swallow my bite. Additionally, they forgot to give me my mac and cheese.
The chicken didn’t taste at all like KFC's chicken. The mac and cheese was quite disappointing, and the mashed potatoes were also not great. Book a table now
