ATTN: OWNER This was my 1st time and the last time I visit this kfc I order to go a 3 piece meal and got 2 pieces and no biscuit and I ordered a 2piece meal and got charged for a 3 piece when i got home I looked at receipt a got mad instead of going back Ijust dont bother. I WOULD BE EMBARRASSE HAVING EMPLOYEE WORKING LIKE THIS .I shouldn't have to check my order if your worker dothier job right
Anna, the employee that was taking my Order, is incredibly friendly and helpful with suggestions. I decided on the Chicken and Donut Sandwich as soon as she mentioned it. Oh man is it good! You definitely need to give one a try. Seriously life changing. But Lord is it messy. The glaze on the donuts melts since they serve it hot. You will need a handful of napkins. But it is well worth it!!!
Our KFC in El Monte has an awesome girl working there named Anna, great customer service, very friendly, and also helpful... it's people like that to keep customers coming back not only for the food but for great customer service! Thanks Anna, you made our day with your Awesome KFC service! ???????
It's KFC... The chicken is good and the coleslaw is excellent. However, the other sides are quite bland in flavor, particularly the mashed potatoes. I suppose this is a result of cost-cutting measures to boost profits, but unfortunately, it has negatively impacted the quality of the side dishes. Book a table now
Bad experience I just left drove home to find out my 8 piece original chicken meal was actually 7 pc 5 drumsticks and 1 wing and a thigh this is not right some one doesn't know how to count are give the correct pcs ill never go back bad service
Ordered a 1 peice chicken combo and everything was horrible. Chicken taste old, got half a biscuit, not even the cookie was good. Customer service was horrible too. Not recommended here. Will not come back.
