After arriving home, I returned to the restaurant, and they assured me they would remake my order. However, after waiting for 20 minutes, they handed me the exact same incorrect order again. When I went back a second time, they told me they were out of the ingredients needed for my original request. Once more, I left with the wrong order, and to make matters worse, the chicken was falling apart and undercooked. What a frustrating experience!
It's hard to provide a detailed review of a large chain restaurant that specializes in fast food. The meals are satisfactory—hot and properly cooked, though I wouldn't say they reach the level of "perfection." That said, I do appreciate the flavor of the coating on the food. I think their coleslaw is the best among fast food choices. The restaurant itself is clean, and the service is quick and efficient.
What can I say? It’s always a wonderful experience. I typically opt for the 12-piece tender meal on nights when we’re in the mood for something comforting and familiar. We also love the side dishes like mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, and coleslaw. This is a special indulgence for my family, so we don’t do it frequently, but when we do, it’s always a cherished favorite!
Perhaps because I'm Canadian and compared it to a Canadian KFC, the menu options at Kfc felt limited and didn't match the amount of food we received. The large fries were only medium-sized, and there was no ketchup included in the bag. Book a table now
The food is exceptional, but what really sets this restaurant apart from others is the outstanding customer service. I've witnessed many times how highly they value this aspect of their business.
Who doesn't love KFC? On the health issue; we all know we should not eat this; maybe just eating a couple sticks of lard would be equal? But the chicken tastes soo much better!
Kentucky Fried Chicken's menu is way too expensive. An eight-piece meal from their regular menu cost me over $30. I'll only eat here again when I get my income tax refund.
