Truth be told I hadn't had a KFC pot pie in 20 years, and on a whim and having a craving for some spicy greasy chicken I recalled these pies being stuffed with big chunks of chicken and gravy and very little vegetables. They used to have as much chicken as a two piece drum and thigh dinner stuffed into a pie, and at most maybe a lonely slice of carrot and a pea or two. Was I in for a surprise and disappointment tonight. Under the crispy crust was mostly mushy cubes of potato, gravy, a couple of vegies, and a rare few wispy pieces of shredded chicken. Never again, can't even explain how this travesty could cost 6 bucks and change.
Be sure to double-check your order before leaving! I've ordered twice and both times only got half of what I paid for. It’s frustrating to have to return during my lunch break to pick up the missing items. The orders are small, so getting them right shouldn’t be a problem. They definitely need to hire more attentive staff who care about their work. How difficult is it to glance at the receipt and confirm everything is in the bag? The food tastes good, but it’s not worth losing my lunch break over incomplete orders.
During the night shift, I experienced rude behavior for no reason. I arrived around 7 PM and ordered an 8-piece for me and a friend. The woman at the register was friendly, but the thin brunette who brought out the order had a bad attitude. She placed the food on the counter, paused for a few seconds, then announced the order with noticeable attitude. When we told her to have a nice night as we picked up the order, she responded with a dismissive "mhm," which felt uncalled for.
I regret to say that I've experienced some disrespectful behavior from the staff at this restaurant. They come across as unfriendly, often neglecting to greet customers or show appreciation. This attitude is not appropriate for a customer service setting and reflects negatively on the business. I've been there several times, but I often feel like a burden, even though I've never voiced any complaints. I cannot recommend this restaurant, particularly for people of color.

Very good spot for crispy chicken . Only thing was I tried new Mac and cheese with chicken and was not good at all so please work on this because these are 2 things people love, Mac and cheese, chicken TY.
We ordered on the line that would be ready. Eating was ready on a shelf, but 1 of the girls seemed very confused. Another one came out and took it for me. Maybe she was new?
This KFC consistently offers fresh food, adheres to its posted hours, and always creates a warm and welcoming environment!
