Every time I go there something is missing from my order.A chicken sandwich combo comes with fries a drink I gotthe chicken sandwich and drink but no fries. How tough is thatto put together right. Very disappointed once again. The young man atthe window was pleasant. Not his fault I know. I also am to blame for not checking my bag before I pulled away. Most people get 1/2 hour forlunch and it takes time at the drive thru off of the 1/2 hour so there is notmuch time left to get back and you have to eat it. Manager should be onstaff during lunch time.
I ordered the 44 dollar 16 piece family meal. It should come with 16 pieces of chicken, 8 biscuits and 4 large sides. For the biscuits, got the chicken, but I got 2 containers of coleslaw and 2 containers of mashed potatoes. So, technically I got my 4 sides, but got doubles. Never going to this one again. Save yourself the hassle and go to the one on Lakeshore in Willoughby.
I ordered the original chicken sandwich meal during my lunch break, and it was delicious! The sandwich was very hot and crispy, and the fries were great too. The older woman at the window was really nice, and since there were only two people in line, everything went smoothly. I’ll definitely be going back!
The French fries were fantastic, and I loved the seasonings. My food arrived quickly and the entire order was accurate. The chicken was a bit chewy, but it had a nice crunch and great flavor. Overall, it was a very good experience!

on this special Sunday I met the most cruel rudest crew at kfc and eating was just as badly overcooked and dry cleveland’s kfc I think is the worst of all cities I tasted (smh) where is the original chicken and taste food: 2/5
I forgot to order a side of the heavy, and when I came into the window, the guy told me that he wouldn't add it and that I would have to go back through the line....less to say I went without any purchase.
This is honestly the best chicken sandwich I've ever had! The spicy chicken was incredible. The staff were not only efficient but also friendly and fun. I loved my experience and can't wait to come back!
