On our way back to Texas, we stopped at this KFC to use the drive-thru. There was no line, and we were the only customers. When I tried to add a half gallon of sweet tea to my order while paying, I was told to go around and place a new order, even though no one was behind us. This was the first time I’ve ever been unable to add to my order at payment. We waited about two minutes for our food, with no other cars in the drive-thru. The customer service at this KFC location was disappointing.
Got the original recipe family bucket. Because The original is soft enough people with No teeth are able too eat it !!!! RIGHT ? But get home and this was OLD CHICKEN that had been under a heating lamp all day.!!!! It was way harder than the Crunchy recipe chicken ? from KFC I will never go there again !!! Just go to jack's restaurant for your chicken !! Much Better
I can't honestly give this restaurant a very positive rating. While the chicken we had was well cooked and quite delicious, we were served only one drumstick instead of the expected amount. The biscuits were dry, but the hover was simply perfect. The potatoes and gravy were fine, but the lack of chicken was disappointing and unacceptable.
I had a really disappointing experience at this KFC because of the rude service. On October 25th, the employee Trinity at the drive-thru was especially unhelpful and disrespectful. I doubt any customer service training would change her attitude. I definitely won’t be coming back! Book a table now
Our order was missing the biscuits, and we found hair in the chicken. After spending nearly $30, we went back for the biscuits, but they were dry and stale. The restaurant itself appeared neglected, with an unattended spill at the front door. I cannot recommend this place.
This is the first time in a long while that I’ve visited KFC and received food that wasn’t burnt and an order that was accurate. Great job! The menu was just as expected, and you’ve definitely gained a loyal customer for life.
I was very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. They completely messed up my order. When I attempted to call and discuss the issue, I was abruptly hung up on. I cannot recommend this place.
