Unfortunately, my order was wrong from the start; I ordered 16 pieces of chicken, 2 sides of potatoes, and 2 sides of mac and cheese, but somehow I received coleslaw instead. I called to address the issue, and the employee offered to make it up to me another night. However, I ended up calling back because the chicken had an unpleasant smell and tasted terrible. At first glance, it looked fine, but the crust was extremely hard, and the chicken was incredibly dry. One large piece was just crust with no meat on it. Congratulations!!! You just lost another customer. If your going to have pot pies on your menu, you should have pot pies. I?ll be contacting KFC corporate on Monday. Maybe they can figure out why the Jasper Al franchise is subpar.
The wait can be a bit long at times because of a shortage of staff. I typically order the Chicken Pot Pie, and it's always delicious. I've never had a disappointing experience with it.

Chicken selection was limited due to not having cooked. The crew was not attentive to the orders that were placed at counter or on screen.
The woman at the cash register seemed completely out of it and ended up canceling my order when she couldn’t figure out how to process it.
