Arrived at 6.20pm the drive thru was very busy so opted to go into store. I was the 10th customer behind counter and only 2 on serving. I was served at 6.52pm. Peeps its peak dinner hour have more staff on to clear back log. As I reached the counter there were another 10 behind me. KFC need to adapt this. 2 on till and 2 doing prep order. When in peak traffic. It was very mundane watching the 2 experience boys doing 1 order at a time...long ardous process that took longer than it should have. Waiting 30 mins to be served. I have to wonder. Having said this. The boys serving took it all in their stride to get the orders out. Their mum's would be proud. They were both cool calm and collective.
i was here on 6th jan 2017 bout 8pm after waiting in line for 15mins to order the young guy on front service was busy taking orders and making orders by himself. i saw the manager pop around corner and go back to there office by this stage there were 6 ppl in line waiting to order 3 of us waiting by the time i left i had been there 40mins my order was incorrect but i had been given couple of extra wicked wings and 2 extra pieces of chicken i thanked the cashier told them hope there night gets better.this is not the first time this has happened i believe its a management problem.
Been buying food from KFC for many years now as my son unfortunately loves it. According to my son the food here is fresher then at other KFC's, the chips less soggy and the chicken moist instead of dried out. I myself have only had chicken legs at some occasion and found them acceptable too. Sometimes they don't have enough staff and there is a wait but which fast food place doesn't have staff problems. If you must have fast food then this is an okay option. Service is mostly friendly too which is a nice change to other similar places.
Bought a take away 9 pieces original. It was the most disgusting food ever presented to me in my life. Must have been cooked hours before, quickly recooked in cold oil totally inedible. Enough oil leached out of the box to change the oil in my car. Disgusting.

Even for kfc the quality of the chicken at this specific place and the way that its cooked, or perhaps not cooked leaves hungover punters such as myself in shock. I also didnt know it took them half an hour to microwave chips and gravy and dunk it in a box.
We have been getting the Tuesday deal (9 pieces of chicken for $9.95). Great value and very fresh chicken (as they sell a lot during the Tuesday deal). And make sure you go there before 5:30pm otherwise the que can go a bit crazy.

We always had a good experience at the Canning Hwy's KFCThe staff were professional and friendly, they never forgotten to give us the extra sauce.

Renovations are complete and the new drive through is a great improvement. The dining area is also very clean & reasonable service.
