My son and I had come through traveling from Charlotte to Gastonia. I had heard that this certain KFC had chicken livers. Stopped through the drive through. The young lady was very polite and was patient while she took our order. The livers were awesome and even the left over ones the next day. Thanks KFC Belmont for bringing the chicken livers to your menu.
They did really good with the service. Bit my chicken sandwich was still a little under cooked but was too far gone to go back but the new french fries are very delicious it doesn't make me miss the potato wedge as much. If it wasn't for the chicken sandwich being undercooked they would have gotten five stars and I would have did their survey!!
The food was mediocre at best, as it seemed to have been sitting in the warmer for a while. The crispy chicken was a bit soft and soggy. The service could have been improved; it would have been nice if the staff had interacted with me more instead of just joking around with their co-workers.
The advertised closing time is incorrect. I arrived at 8:08 and waited at the register for at least five minutes while several people walked past me. I asked if they were closed, but no one responded, despite there being at least 10 staff members present. This was incredibly unprofessional. Book a table now
I had a great experience today at the restaurant. Their products are excellent! I noticed that the menu included a budget-friendly wet towel option, but when I mentioned it to the manager, I received two wet towels instead. Very impressive service—definitely a 5-star experience!
You can order online or use the drive-thru. My husband got the three-piece meal and was given three thighs! I ordered the six-piece wings, but they mistakenly served me spicy ones instead of the regular flavor. I won't be coming back.

The restaurant was short-staffed, but the gentleman who assisted us was very communicative and made sure to acknowledge us. As a customer service trainer, I really appreciate that. He did a great job! Book a table now
This was the finest original recipe KFC chicken I've had in a long time. The skin was perfectly seasoned and just a bit crispy, while the meat remained juicy and tender. Absolutely perfect!
