I'd give them 5 stars, but my order was incorrect. I called and spoke to Brandon, who was a very nice young man. He apologized and offered me a meal the next time I was in the area. I understand that they are training new staff, and I appreciate their efforts. I'm not upset; I just wanted to give them a heads-up so they can be more attentive to orders. Thank you, Brandon and your team, and good luck! I believe things will improve with patience, and I can see you have plenty of it. Looking forward to seeing you soon!
I wish they still had the Nashville tenders, but unfortunately, they were sold out. I settled for the famous bowl, which was still tasty. My only complaint is about the fries—I really miss the wedges. They switched to regular fries about a year ago, and they just aren't the same. The wedges were perfect for scooping up the mashed potatoes or mac and cheese. The fries lack a good crunch, so please bring the wedges back. Also, I hope they stock more Nashville tenders since they're so popular and often sold out.
Awful experience. Besides the 25 min wait through drive thru when there was two cars in front of us... I get it, could be short staff. Chicken strips were in sitting in puddle of oil (excessive). My son went to bite into his biscuit and it was doughy..undercooked and definitely shouldn't have been served. No straw, napkins, condiments or spoon was given. ???? food was absolutetrash????
I attempted to place a pickup order but ended up being locked out of the store, and the drive-thru window was closed. They informed me that my order would be refunded, but I'm still waiting for that refund days later. I've been a customer of KFC since the 1960s, but I definitely won't be returning to the one in Seffner, FL.

KFC doesn’t offer dine-in, so you’ll need to use the drive-thru. The speaker system can be a bit tricky, which makes it hard for the staff to catch your order clearly. Despite that, the food is consistently tasty! I loved the crispy chicken, mashed potatoes with gravy, coleslaw, and biscuit – everything was delicious!
When you're craving KFC nothing else will do. They definatly have good food even if covid drove the prices up. Can't afford it often, I don't have lots of expendable cash, but it had been a long time a friend's birthday request. Guess that's as good areason as any other. It was SO good.
I haven't dined at KFC in years, but my recent visit was quite pleasant. The staff was friendly, and the wait wasn't long. The food arrived fresh and hot. However, I was a bit underwhelmed by the chicken sandwich combo—definitely not what I expected from KFC.
Open the dining area! What are you so afraid of? It’s hard to imagine your business surviving on takeout alone. Letting fear get in the way of success will only harm you in the long run.
