This review shouldn't receive a high rating, but I must say that I was really impressed with the individual managing everything tonight (March 12, 2024, at 9:15 PM). The drive-thru was backed up, so we decided to go inside, only to find that there was no one at the tables or behind the counter. Then I learned that there was only one kitchen staff member and one person handling both walk-up orders and drive-thru. He was working incredibly hard, running back and forth to make things run smoothly! They were out of several main items, yet he still managed to provide excellent service. I first want to mention that I spent $63 and had to go through the drive-thru twice because I checked my order. My 16-piece meal didn't include any sides, and they also forgot my son's sandwich combo. At first, I was told that the combo only included the sandwich, but another worker corrected this and ensured I received my full order. When I got home, I noticed that my coleslaw was only half full, and the large order of French fries that came with the 16-piece meal was underwhelming. Overall, I was not satisfied with my experience.
My entire order was incorrect. One of the chicken wings was mostly bone, both the BBQ and honey mustard sauces were missing, and my fries never arrived. I specifically requested no mayo on my sandwiches, but it was still included. I ordered corn but received mashed potatoes and mac and cheese instead. Definitely not worth the $30 I spent. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The service was terrible, and the food I received looked inedible. This is by far the worst KFC I have ever visited.
The chicken was actually nice and juicy and tender but the biscuit was hard as a rock and it was 5pm so I think they should have had some fresh biscuits. I also ordered a small Mac and cheese....it was 3.95! For literally a 1/4 cup of food and it was dry as can be. Their Mac and cheese use to be amazing years ago. So overall I was pretty disappointed.

Food was excellent and nice and moist and fresh but I have mashed potatoes and they didn't give me no spoon for it. Like I think that's just kind of common sense to put that in your bag.Parking: There is construction going on right now at the Oakdale Minnesota location. But seem to be nice people there. :
The food as always is delicious but went thru the drive thru ordered got to the window and was told they where out of some stuff not a problem I reordered and to watch the people on the line complain about having to redo the order in front of the customer is distasteful and just rude.
The staff was friendly and courteous. The food was prepared quickly and accurately. However, the portions were a bit on the smaller side.
I ordered original recipe, 8 price family meal. Need up with 2 four piece, the chicken was highly salty and not original recipe.
