I'm here for lunch in the afternoon, and the lady is running the window. The food was also perfect this day. I decided to go back and try her again and had another great experience with the staff and the food. It's my way to lunch now. especially because the lady who works the window is the best. Customer service is up here. The food has always been on the spot, and not even I had to feel as if the great service was worth the bad food. From food to service, this KFC will always do business. And the owner never lets them go on a day shift, they are really great people.
Your system is apparently always down and today I went and they wouldn't come to the speaker in the drive thru. 2 minutes and left, and great surprise they took the 2 international order behind me. I will go to Popeyes after this experience
This particular situation is difficult. More often than not something is done wrong or the food is bad. This time was a nice surprise. I received what I ordered in a contemporary way from a polite employee. No complaints.
For the first time in a while the chicken was really good! Fast service friendly people! Keep up the good work!
