He called and spoke with the manager, who admitted the wings had just finished cooking and said he could pick them up immediately. My husband expressed his frustration, explaining he had been waiting for the wings he originally ordered. The manager insisted the wings were ready and that he could come get them, but he tried to convey that this didn’t properly address the inconvenience. This KFC location in Virginia is by far the worst I've experienced. Every visit, the chicken isn't properly cooked, and I end up waiting at least 20 minutes. On my last visit, when I mentioned the issue, the young woman at the pickup window mocked me, slammed the window shut, and laughed with a coworker. Although I live nearby, if this is how they operate, I'll be choosing a different franchise to support despite the appealing menu.
It's my area KFC so we go only because it's close. No one has better customer service than Chickfila, so the bar is set too high. We ate in the dining room and had to clean our table first. The food was decent, but please don't waste your money on the new Cheetos sandwich. My grandson was looking forward to it and was so disappointed.
It appears that your system is having ongoing issues. Today, I visited the drive-thru and waited for two minutes, but no one responded at the speaker. Eventually, I decided to leave, and I was surprised to see them take an international order from the car behind me. After this experience, I think I'll be choosing Popeyes next time.

Not bad but has room for improvement. The cashiers always sound so annoyed or bothered when you order, and the sides always have an issue (like the gravy may be too runny or the macaroni and cheese too overcooked). The chicken is always perfect though. I prefer the one near Chesterfield courthouse.
This experience has been difficult in the past due to frequent mistakes or problems with the food. However, this time was a delightful surprise. My order was exactly as I requested, elegantly presented, and the staff member was very polite. I have no complaints at all.
I had a disappointing experience at KFC. When I placed my first order, I asked for no gravy, but when I ordered the Famous Bowl, I wanted gravy included. Unfortunately, they forgot to add it. On top of that, they also forgot the cookie I ordered.
Horrible service they gave me tiny pieces of chicken for my potato bowl and they're so small pieces of chicken it doesn't really have chicken in it it's just breading
