I went to pick up my online order and saw a lot of teenagers hanging out in the lobby along with some employees. I paid an extra 30 cents for each drink to get lemonade, which I really like. However, when I first received my order, the girl gave me tea by mistake. When the manager pointed out that it should have been lemonade, she didn’t throw the tea away but poured it back into the container. When I got home, I found that one drink was watered-down lemonade and the other was just ice water. I also noticed that the usual manager wasn’t there that day. My order number was 7540208, under Sue Fowler, for pickup at 4:15 p.m. on 10/17/22.
These poor people are so busy on Sundays. I know they are short staffed but they throw the food out with accuracy. The lady at the register is always so friendly and gets through the line quickly, mind you, most of the Sunday crowd is hard of hearing butshe handles it with grace. My son just started eating meat, thank God, and he loves chicken now.
I strongly advise against visiting this KFC. They often mess up orders, and if you rely on delivery services like DoorDash or leave without verifying your order, obtaining a refund can be extremely difficult. This location has serious problems and should be reconsidered for continued operation.

I definitely prefer the original recipe. I found it quite funny that they now have fake plants as decorations and even chicken teeth! It makes me wonder, who would visit a chicken restaurant if they’re not interested in meat?
As always, the service and food were outstanding. The Monroe KFC runs like a well-oiled machine. Even with the crowd, I got my food quickly, and my large order was spot on, just like always.
I stopped by here pretty late tonight and this KFC still delivered on a good food experience. I also tried the cinnamon biscuit things. Very tasty?
The staff were exceptionally friendly. The dining area was spacious and clean. The chicken was fresh and served hot.
