I?ve given this location chance after chance. After last night I will never return. After I ordered I was told it would be a 5 minute wait for chicken strips and was told to pull around to the door. Being pulled around is always the norm at this location.I patiently waited because there were only two employees working. 35 minutes later my food came out. I got home (literallyacross the street on Meade) and the fries (or lack there of) and biscuits were hard, sides were cold, and chicken strips wereovercooked because they were dark brown in color and extremely dry. This is hands down the WORST KFC location I?ve ever visited.
I was really let down by my experience at the drive-thru. The attendant miscalculated my change, even after I had repeated the amount clearly before paying. To add to the frustration, they gave me the wrong change and then seemed annoyed with me for their mistake. Eventually, the manager had to step in to resolve the situation. When I got home, I found that my chicken was undercooked. I was too exhausted to return, so I just ended up cooking it a bit more in my air fryer.
I was the only one who had an okay experience. I waited 15 minutes just standing there while no one acknowledged me, as they were busy with drive-thru and online orders. Eventually, someone took my order, and my food arrived about 5 minutes later. The person who prepared my meal was friendly, and the food was good. However, the customer service definitely needs improvement. I think next time I'll stick to the drive-thru.
This restaurant is quite frustrating, particularly due to the ongoing delays and the staff's dismissive attitude towards simple requests, like asking for spices. I waited 40 minutes for my meal, despite being told it would only take 10 minutes at first. Frankly, I’m puzzled by how they continue to operate. The place also has a chaotic appearance, as if it has been hit by a hurricane.

On this visit, the drive thru was closed. A sign on the speaker stated that it was due to an employee shortage and to come inside. Once inside, you discovered that one person was working all the stations and being the cashier. The wait to be waited on was long. The food was good and hot! I will give the employee 5 stars for not just closing shop and going home.
Ordered online, but the order wasn't even started by the time I arrived. Zero staff greeted me when I walked in. Still, the food was hot and fresh, and they got my order right. Manager even gave us a couple of cookies for the wait. The new chicken sandwich is delicious! I still miss the potato wedges, but that's not the location's fault.
This is by far the worst KFC in Maryland. I constantly tell myself not to return, but months later, I give it another shot—and regret it every single time. The staff aren't even in uniform, the exterior lights are completely off, and it's a chaotic mess every visit. My orders are never right. Why do I even bother?
This restaurant is not worth the money. They forgot our drink orders, didn’t provide any of the sauces we asked for, and even stuffed used napkins into our pockets. If you want to receive everything you order without disappointment, this is not the place for you. I won’t be coming back.

This has got to be the worse KFC in the world! I don't even know why I keep giving chance after chance! They NEVER have chicken cooked/ready. Their definition of fast food is you ordering and then waiting in the parking lot for 30 minutes for your food.
I usually enjoy coming here after a long day at work, but today I had a bad experience. The person working the drive-thru was very rude and unfriendly. I don’t think I’ll be coming back.
