Overall not a good experience. Ordered a large family meal online for basketball team as we were in town from Atlanta Georgia for a tournament. The order said that it will be ready and completed at 11:40 AM. We arrived at 11:45 AM and they did not even start the order. After over 15 minutes of waiting, we finally received the order. I asked the manager for a water cup due to the weight and she abruptly told me no they don’t do water cups I can buy one. Very poor customer service, especially under situation where you were wrong by not having the meal ready. In addition, the manager and other employees were arguing with each other extremely loud.
I would give this location -1 if I could. We drove by after church and got a 16pc meal with 4 sides (large fries, large coleslaw, large max cheese, large greenbeans) and 4 extra Biscuits. We drove about 40mins home, then realized that everything was packed except for the large fries.I called and got someone after the 5th time. She basically said that the fries was packed! Really?! Then she said I could come back for it within 48hours. I explained that we live about 40mins away but will be back for church next Sunday.....but nope, they want me to come within 48hours for their incompetence!
I had a frustrating experience at the drive-thru. The woman who helped me was quite impolite, and when I got home with my order number 8, I found it was wrong. If you're planning to order here, be sure to double-check your order before leaving, as it may not be what you requested!
KFC Cole slaw is the best and chicken sandwich was good although the bun was cold like it just came out the fridge. Very clean restaraunt. Cashier seemed new but he was polite. Service was fast. Price was fair.

The inside of my mashed potatoes was dry and powdery, and my chicken was cold after we had to wait 45 minutes because the server said it wasn't ready yet. I will NEVER go back to this KFC location.
Worst KFC in DMV, for godsake never visit this place, I ordered 8pc chkn bucken usung online app, Instead of 8pc dark meat, I got a fckin 7pc with 2 skinless
The store manager was extremely rude and disrespectful. The bathroom was dirty, and the food tasted stale. I would not recommend eating here.
It's okay. The wraps are falsely advertised. It's just a small piece of tender.
