This is by far the worst KFC I've ever been to. As a restaurant manager, I know mistakes happen, but after giving this location multiple chances, nothing has improved. Our most recent order was a complete disaster. We spent $70 on a meal for three, only to get biscuits that were rock hard and crumbled to dust when thrown away. The chicken was old and rubbery, impossible to pull apart by hand, and difficult to cut with a knife. The only good thing was the lemonade. This KFC urgently needs to improve both its staff and food quality, or it might be better to close down. Cleanliness seems to be overlooked, and there's a real risk of getting sick here. I ordered lunch on a weekday and it was outstanding! The lady at the register, Taqueria, was very friendly, helpful, and excellent at her job. The food was made to order and tasted great! We had a KFC Chicken Sandwich, a Chicken Bowl with extra gravy and corn, and biscuits. Despite being busy during the lunch rush, the staff managed both the drive-thru and inside customers efficiently. The restaurant was clean, inside and out. I highly recommend this KFC if you're in Gahanna, New Albany, or Northwest Columbus, Ohio for lunch. A solid 5-star experience for food, service, and overall satisfaction!
I ordered two chicken breasts and a large coleslaw after finally getting through the drive-thru. As soon as I received my order, I checked it and realized I had not been given the larger-sized breasts I requested. I showed the employee, but I am extremely disappointed with both the food and the service. When I got home, the chicken and coleslaw were terrible!
I hadn't been to this KFC in a while, and although the building and menu could use some refreshing, the staff were friendly and the food was delicious. Jessica, who took my order, was very lively and welcoming. I recommend visiting for the food, and I give the service a five-star rating.

You might occasionally receive the wrong order, but KFC remains the top choice for fast food roasted chicken. I always go for the bucket meal. Make sure to sample the extra crispy chicken paired with mashed potatoes and gravy. The coleslaw is also excellent!
The manager was quite rude when I returned my mac and cheese, which had not one, but two hairs in it. They also failed to include two other items I had ordered. Furthermore, I was unable to call because the phone was off the hook.
