The Milford KFC has never been my favorite location. The cleanliness inside often leaves much to be desired, and they frequently run out of items I want to order. However, since it's the only KFC close to me, I have to make do. When available, their pot pies are quite good, and I really enjoy their mac and cheese along with their coleslaw. I find that KFC's chicken sometimes has a slimy texture, which I don’t like, and I believe Popeye’s offers much better chicken. Unfortunately, there isn't a Popeye's nearby either, so I’m stuck with the Milford KFC menu.
My experience at KFC was extremely disappointing. The restaurant was messy, with food and trash scattered across the floors, making it thoroughly unclean. It’s hard to imagine anyone wanting to eat in such an unsanitary place. After seeing the condition of the environment, I decided to cancel my order and leave. It was simply unacceptable!
The food at KFC was made according to the chain's standards, and my order was just as I requested. Like many local restaurants, this KFC is facing a staff shortage, which led to a longer wait time than usual. Nevertheless, I commend the staff for their efforts in these challenging circumstances.
I recently dined at this restaurant run by two young kids, and while there was a bit of a wait for the drive-thru food, it was definitely worth it. The food was hot and absolutely delicious. Thank you for your incredible work!

The chicken sandwich was incredibly tasty, featuring a crispy outside and a juicy inside. I would rate it five stars, but only for lunchtime. When I went back around 3 to 6 p.m., it just didn’t have the same crispiness.
I couldn’t find any meals with just breast meat. I don’t like drumsticks or thighs! Since I live alone, a bucket isn’t a good option for me. I’m very disappointed because I’ve always loved KFC!
The service is a bit slow, so expect to wait for your food, but it's usually tolerable. When it did arrive, the meals were hot, which made the short wait of less than 5 minutes worth it.
I ordered a 3-piece meal but only received 2 pieces for $11.99. I also ordered 2 meals and got a leg and thigh with one, and a leg and breast with the other. I won't be returning.
