I didn't have any issues ordering my meal. While I sat at the restaurant eating my meal, a couple of the staffs were making fun of the customers that ordered through the drive thru due to lack of communicating what they wanted to order. Also, one of the staff, possibly the shift supervisor, became highly upset (possibly due to a sick call from another staff? and began speaking a different language and she used a derogatory word that I would never use nor care to type on this post. Not sure if for a moment the staff members forgot that customers were present.
I have to give the manager a call... at least I think he's the manager. They were very short on Sunday 12.26.2021. The Drive-Thru customers were served, but the customers inside were not, as no one was the register. There were only 4 or 5 employees in total. Not everyone can edit the register... someone must cook! We started stacking inside. We have the manager's attention and he came to the register to take our orders... although he was pulled in many different directions. I didn't get his name, but just wanted to thank me and GREAT JOB!
I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. I strongly advise against ordering the Mexican pizza; it was subpar. Also, be sure to check that your chicken is fully cooked. If you have any issues, don't bother trying to reach out to them — they won’t answer your calls or respond to your messages. Moreover, it’s not acceptable to just pile heavy burritos on top of tacos, pizzas, and similar items. They really need to improve their food packaging and preparation methods. They should take more pride in their work!
Though KFC Stoughton doesn't carry a full menu , what they do offer is delicious. This location is always very busy with long wait times, The two things that remain consistent is their great tasting food and excellent customer service.

I ordered a 4 KNC and one order six piece nuggets and the order was short and NOT what I ordered. This is the Third Time they failed to provide what was ordered. This site should be avoided at all costs and closed permanently.
One of my friends, who has been working at this KFC since 1995, is truly exceptional at her job. The restaurant is spotless, and the food is great! Mosco and his team are consistently friendly and courteous.
Just did my first ever UberEATS delivery, and a whole meal is missing. The driver did nothing wrong, but because KFC messed up, I took away his $10 tip. I'm missing 1 3 piece tender meal with a drink.
It's a KFTaco, but the prices for the Taco Bell items are significantly higher than at a regular Taco Bell. Otherwise, it's not too different.
