We always have a bad experience with the food itself. I decided to try again today thinking maybe we wouldn't get chicken that was clearly old and been in the warmer all day. I bought a $40 bucket of just chicken, drove the 15 minutes home and when I opened the bucket it smelled like rancid meat. I tried calling 2 times to avoid a 30 minute drive to see what could be done but no answer. Our 2 year old snuck a peice out and ate most of it before we realized it was bad, we are hoping she doesn't get sick. I had an excellent experience all around while traveling across the U.S. They have some of the best fries I've had in a long time. I really wish my home in West Virginia had a place as good as this. Even my parents, who are notoriously picky immigrants, really enjoyed the food—definitely worth it! Plus, the attractive staff member made the experience even better. Service: Dine-in. The lobby was closed, and they also couldn't answer the phone. The most frustrating part about ordering takeout is having to prepare your own sides at home because they can't manage to get a simple order right. And after all that, the food ends up being cold by the time I'm ready to eat. This isn't the first time I've experienced subpar service at this location. I'm honestly baffled by how they manage to stay in business.

I arrived at the restaurant at 7:10 PM, only to find that they had just two pieces of dark meat and seven tenders available. I was informed that they wouldn't be cooking any more food, even though they close at 9:00 PM. I couldn't help but wonder how old the white meat they still had was. Ultimately, I decided to get Chinese takeout instead, and I received exactly what I ordered in about five minutes.
I ordered my chicken extra-crispy, but what I received was just regular. The most frustrating part was that the chicken was undercooked; it was so raw that I couldn’t even pull it apart with a fork. I would have taken it back, but I was already at home.

The restaurant is only open for drive-up service, and unfortunately, the service is quite poor. I can't believe they are still in business. Overall, I would rate the food as a 1, the service as a 1, and the atmosphere as a 1.
