I decided to take advantage of Menulog's special offer of $1 delivery and ordered a large serving of chips and chocolate mousse as a snack. The restaurant was only 2 km away, so I expected it to arrive within 20 minutes. However, after waiting for 40 minutes and seeing the Menulog app stuck on pending, I realized they hadn't even assigned a driver yet. The order eventually arrived after 10 minutes, but it was the slowest I've ever experienced from KFC. I was disappointed and would advise others to avoid ordering from them as it seems they don't care about their customers.
I had a craving for KFC but couldn't make it to the restaurant, so I decided to order through Menulog. I was disappointed by the $9 delivery fee, and the delivery took longer than expected, with the tracker showing that the delivery person had to wait for a while at the counter. The food had a similar quality to other KFC restaurants, with the chips and skin meeting expectations, but the chicken meat was tough and not enjoyable. I would recommend going only if there are no other options available.
I was disappointed to find that KFC lacks the consistency of McDonald's. The chicken, while always smelling delicious, was oily this time and left me feeling unwell. The chicken tenders did not leave my body feeling healthy or refreshed, unlike what you would typically expect from fast food. KFC seems to have a more noticeable impact on how I feel after eating it.
I have been customer with Kentucky chicken for 30years and now I will never eat that type of chicken ever again. I was quiet surprised. The chicken pieces looked like plastic mold's that where left in the sun for years. The chicken meat, well...didn't even try it. Never again - Kentucky Dulwich Hill..

The staff are rude and the manager is arogant ,our order is always wrong and the chicken if you can call it that was oily and simply bad to eat. We got the giant feast .. Please do not eat at this storevery disapointed , should get staff that know how to serve and cook shame on you kfc
Typical KFC food - same quality and flavour. The car park and surrounds is a bit grubby due to inconsiderate slobs and not enough bins. Prices have gone up in recent years, but their rewards for feedback are worthwhile.
I have fond memories of KFC but the adult reality is another story. Oily chicken, the chips are weird (what do they coat them with these days?) and the corn of my memory was not limp and bland. Never again
Staff here are incompetent and gave me no sauce, it's the 3rd time I've had a bad experience here - nice view of Canterbury rd though
