It seems that none of the numerous employees working there were familiar with processing mobile orders. My order took 45 minutes to be completed. There were over 10 staff members behind the counter, yet there were only a handful of drive-thru customers, and just a few groups who came in after me—all of whom received their orders before I did. The customer service was very disappointing. I wouldn't recommend this place.
went with my family for lunch today, and the man taking our order was awesome! we got our food quick, and we had that man and another female employee come and check on us while we ate inside. they were so kind and we were very happy. good job guys!!
New management and it shows. Employees that helped me were polite, patient and very friendly. My order was correct and done quickly. It was nice to get such good service!
