This has been the worst KFC experience I've ever had. The staff was unprofessional and not attentive at all. One employee kept walking between the dining area and the kitchen, grabbing boxes for customer orders without washing her hands. At first, I didn't even realize she worked there. There were no customers in front of me, and I had preordered online, yet I still had to wait over 20 minutes just for some chicken wings. I've tried ordering delivery from this location a few times, and the food has consistently been subpar. I've also had items missing from my orders. However, visiting in person made me realize that this place is not worth it. I do not recommend it.
i'm done coming here for dinner. Not having a manger or somebody who cares about the customers there at night really shows. The quality of service and food is inconsistent at best. Especially on the KFC side. I spent $80 on dinner and asked very nicely for no thighs. When I got home and opened the bucket, over half of the pieces were thighs. Come on Airport SSF KFC, do better. Train your people and pay more so you can hire more managers. I'm sick of this location...i'm never coming back and will let everyone i know not to go there.I wouldn't come back even if it was Free 99
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The customer service was terrible, with the staff delivering orders in an unkind manner. I had to ask for sauces and even napkins. I've visited multiple times, and the service is consistently poor. Additionally, the bathrooms were very dirty.
I received my order, but the taco burrito was missing. Also, my happy hour drink ended up costing $3.98 instead of the anticipated $1.00. I was charged a total of $30, but I only received a refund of $17.00.

The staff at this restaurant were incredibly friendly, and they also serve Taco Bell items. It's the perfect combination of tacos and chicken! What a great duo!
The service was incredibly quick and attentive. Just as I finished putting ice in my cup, they called my name, and my order was already prepared.
This is one of the cleanest Taco Bell KFC locations I’ve seen in the U.S. The staff is exceptionally friendly and courteous!
