When I got home, I realized I only received 12 pieces of chicken instead of the 16 I had paid for. I called the store, hoping someone would answer since they had already closed. Someone did answer, and when I explained the situation, the gentleman on the phone accused me of lying, asserting that he had personally boxed the chicken. I was shocked that he would blame a customer like that.
When I asked to speak to a manager, he claimed he was the manager. I then asked for the regional manager, but he insisted he was also that person. We always have a bad experience with the food itself. I decided to try again today thinking maybe we wouldn't get chicken that was clearly old and been in the warmer all day. I bought a $40 bucket of just chicken, drove the 15 minutes home and when I opened the bucket it smelled like rancid meat. I tried calling 2 times to avoid a 30 minute drive to see what could be done but no answer. Our 2 year old snuck a peice out and ate most of it before we realized it was bad, we are hoping she doesn't get sick.
Super sweet staff, I recently have been diagnosed with AGS so I have to be mindful of what I consume. I asked the young lady at the drive through a question about ingredients and she was so kind to go through everything that was on the product to make sure it was ok. I'm embarrassed by the condition, but people like this and this establishment make it much easier to deal with. Oh, and the food was outstanding, classic chicken sandwich and coleslaw. I will visit again!
we tried to dine in this evening and the doors were locked. An employee came to the door, unlocked it and came out with an order and we asked if they were closed she told us she wasn't going to open the lobby with only 2 people working, but that the drive through was open. She was very rude to us and told us to go somewhere else. how do you just close a restaurant lobby because you just don't feel like serving people. So no I wouldn't recommend this Kfc.

Honestly it was great all the way around, traveling across the us and they have the best fries I've had in a long long while. I wish my home in wv was this good. My parents who are notoriously picky immagrints loved it, sooo worth it!The hot guy working also helped with the positive experience ??
They should just admit defeat and shut down! Do they only fry chicken once a day? I drove 28 miles for $21 worth of dry, hard, stale chicken and tough biscuits.
The food was hot and very delicious. Enjoyed the country fried steak, biscuit, mashed potatoes, and gravy. $5 is a bargain.
The chicken is fantastic, and the service is outstanding. The drive-thru staff are exceptionally courteous and efficient.
