So this happened today. A guy comes in and he orders food he, actually order a large meal. He asks the cashier for a cup so he can get water since he doesn't drink sugar sodas. The cashier and the store manager refused to give the guy a small cup so he can get water. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. They were so nasty and rude to this guy, unbelievable. What do you actually think the guy is gonna do with the cup, is a small plastic cup of water for God's sakes. Second issue they are downsizing the size of the chicken pieces. They're getting smaller and smaller. The corn is dry and the sodas are flat. This place is garbage and the staff is no better. Stay away from this hole.
My husband and I went out Christmas shopping and stop the KFC because I want to try the new chicken tenders my husband just came back from Florida a few weeks ago he said he tried it down there and that they were delicious so I wanted to try it when I got mine I got four of the smallest tenders I've ever seen they weren't Crispy at all I got the meal for 12.99 I honestly felt like I got ripped off Service: Dine in
Portions for the mashed potatoes are very small and this is for a large. They will say no because they want you to buy another one. I've been to other KFC and requested a little more and they have charged me which is fine. Route 110 Amityville KFC on Broadway is not all that great. What's the point of ordering Mobile if you get there and the food takes an additional 25 minutes to be ready. It took an HOUR from start to finish to get my food.
