Kfc Dijon Quetigny

Bad experience this evening! I've been to this KFC several times before, I've never had a problem with the food but this was too much. My burger was stale (everything was cold and the cheese was hard and oily). At the first bite I told myself that I wasn't going to force myself to eat this. I ask for a change of burger, the waiter just heats it up. I ask again to change the burger because it is still so stale. There, it's the waiter's superior who takes care of it, very angry and I'm bothering her for that! Result I have another burger but it's just the bread that was heated, the cheese was not nor the bacon which was very, very cold. I go to the counter to ask if it's okay to serve burgers...

Horrible everything was cold (even the pepsi but without bubbles. Cold ring onions too. I ask what is the max pespi and the normal, the waitress is not at all friendlyI never give negative reviews but here I had to Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: €40–50 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
