horrible horrible I spend 50 on a family meal even added a half gallon of lemonade and ordered an extra side , and when i dare ask for plates i'm told no . since when did kfc stop asking how many plates you need when you paid for meal? reluctantly cashier gave me water cups and forks. gets worse get home and the honey n butter i asked for , not in the bag !! so we are expected to eat dry biscuits and out of the cartons? shame shame KFC. place was not welcoming and felt as if our presence was not wanted.
"This is good news for anyone just released from prison. The lady who took my order treated me like I was in jail herself. She really needs some customer service skills or should consider quitting if she doesn't enjoy her job. To top it all off, the chicken I ordered was dry and stale, and the coleslaw tasted like it had been warmed up from the day before—it was mushy and warm. My recommendation: go to Pollo Campero instead."
The restaurant located at the corner of Rosecrans and Vermont is the only place I know that offers fish. As for vegetarian options, I'm not sure what they have. However, I always get the fish combo, which includes two pieces of fish, fries, and coleslaw, and sometimes I add a side of shrimp. Regarding parking, there's ample space available, including spots for handicapped customers.
Rude staff! Over cooks or undercooked chicken. 9:30 pm refuse to cook any fish because it's too close to closing time (10pm) Why offer items if you don't want to cook it up until closing time? Doesn't make sense if it cooked to order as they always point out when ordering. Like I said, RUDE STAFF!!!

I ordered the 20 dinner box it didn't look like the one advertised they just throw 5 pieces original a separate small box with super salty nuggets, 2 orders of fries and 3 bisquets. No sauces included. The drive thru Kristen rude needs customer service training definitely I don't recommend
Rude staff, never had a pleasent expience when ordering, attitude city. Food tends be overcooked or not enough breading. For a place that is owned by Pollys Pies resteraunts, I thought they would have better service and quality, it doesn't!
