The story: Two weeks prior, peeking through the restaurant window, I was intrigued to see the kitchen artizans hard at work creating sushi platters that looked vibrant but also elegant. This restaurant has a great positive vibe, great food and wonderful service. Before dinner, our family sat up at the bar for a drink, loved the non alcoholic rhubarb and jasmine fizz cocktail. Family favourite food wise has to be the dynamite prawns and the tempura prawns. The menu can be overwhelming especially if you’re not used to ordering sushi and Japanese food, we always tend to over order but that’s ok, we can package any leftovers to enjoy the next day! Had a lovely meal at Kibou. The food was amazing and the staff we lovely. Special mention to our waitress Michelle and to Fon from the kitchen who baked a traditional Japanese cheesecake for my birthday, which was delicious. She even took the time to come and the kitchen and chat to us about it. We will look forward to visiting again and seeing it on the menu. If you like Japanese food, this is the place to come, would highly recommend.
I popped into Kibou for lunch during a shopping trip in Cheltenham, what a fantastic find! Even on a Sunday lunchtime the restaurant was popular spot and had a great vibe about it. Service was excellent, both polite and prompt. The food was outstanding, in fact so good I ordered an extra sharer plate I was so keen to try something else and extend my stay. This was my first Kibou experience and it certainly won’t be my last !

Our grandson chose Kibou again for his lunch out with us. Another really enjoyable meal and he couldn't wait to get home and tell his parent, in great detail, about everything he had tried (even the pickled ginger, which he thought was carrot)! This is now his favourite restaurant and ours too. Great food, staff and a lovely atmosphere.
I absolutely love KiboSushi. It’s our favourite place to get sushi and always exceptional service. The fish tastes so fresh and always with a beautiful combination of flavours. My only request is to bring back the PokeBowls they were my absolute favourite and I’m sad to see them as a seasonal menu item.
We had the private dining room for 10 of us thoroughly enjoyed it! Food was excellent as always the service was great! Very attentive staff nothing was too much trouble! It was my 3rd visit will certainly be going again!
I always want to celebrate special occasions at Kibou because they make an effort to surprise their customers and they do care. I recommend Kibou to friends and told them that this restaurant won't let them down.
