I had a great experience at Yates while out shopping with my partner. We were looking for a place to escape the bad weather and found the perfect refuge at Yates. The customer service was excellent, starting with the lovely lady, Ange, who helped us choose the best cider from their Lilleys range. Jamie, a friendly and engaging young man, guided us on where to sit and which sports were being shown. I even saw him running around in the kitchen, yet he still went out of his way to ensure we had a great experience. The burgers were delicious too! We will definitely be returning to Yates for the warm welcome and delicious food.
Good tasting beer however bartender was nowhere to be seen when I went to order more drinks, when she did turn up it was almost like it was too much effort although I wasn't convinced she worked there maybe she is the cleaner but I doubt that as the place has untidy with glasses left on tables
My friends and I went to Yates Fest and had an amazing time. I highly recommend it! The beer was cold, the music was fantastic, and the atmosphere was lively. We had a great party and a great vibe. We will definitely be going back!
We had two wonderful visits here with our seven kids to watch the Lionesses play. Such a family friendly wonderful atmosphere with great service and good food. Thank you so much
