I drove 15 minutes to try this Chinese restaurant, only to find out it's takeout only! It's quite frustrating that this wasn't indicated anywhere. I wouldn't mind the inconvenience if the food was extraordinary, but it's really disappointing. This is the second Chinese restaurant where I've faced this issue today. Now I'm heading to a third one that's another 10-15 minutes away. I couldn't find any information about the takeout policy online either.
Update: they got more help! I'm very happy for them and myself. The tip jar was overflowing. The front felt cheery and roomy.Recently moved here. So happy to have Kim Toa close by, it's so good! But I'm concerned about the elderly owners, it's so busy there and they work very hard, but the front end is short staffed, disorganized and there are delays. I don't speak Chinese, but I'm hoping they can get more help.
This is the only Chinese restaurant we've found where we genuinely enjoyed every part of our meal. We ordered the sesame chicken combo and the sweet and sour chicken combo. The sauces had a fresh flavor, rather than the usual overly sweet and sticky taste. I always ask for the sauce on the side, and the chicken was perfectly crispy without being too breaded. I definitely recommend giving this place a try!
Been going here for 18 years. Best food and service. Although they shut down the inside and it's just takeout, the atmosphere was nice and cozy before covid. Me and my family love coming here. We can't find other places to top this one. Highly recommend. Book a table now
Very good food! We got the Hong Shui Gai, Almond Boneless Chicken and egg rolls. If you're looking for good Chinese food this is the best place in the area. It was very busy but they prioritize the product. Get. It. Here.
We ordered carryout beef chop suey, sweet/sour chicken, won ton soup, egg drop soup, 3 egg rolls, hot mustard sauce.Skimpy on beef, got pork, NOT chicken, no egg rolls. Didn't go back and won't. 3rd time we got shafted.
Have gotten fonsistent quality food and friendly customer service every single time for as long as I've been a patron (15 years). The BEST Chinese in Warren, hands down.
I love this place. I've been going here since I was a kid. I just wish they still had dine in service. Book a table now
