Food was pretty good. We came as a family and everything looked promising. However we were treated so poorly that I have to leave a bad review. The server ignored us and avoided giving us banchan. When we asked for more she said that she would charge us. When we agreed she then said that they’re not selling it at this time. When we went to check out she kept servicing other tables even after we made several requests. We had to walk up to the front in order to get a check. When we got the check and gave a low tip (around 10% . The man held our credit card and told us give a higher tip, he made us add over 20%! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We had Korean BBQ with maki rolls, Korean soup, and Korean seafood and green onion Jeon (known as pancake). The food was as amazing as I expected. The waitress gave us plenty of banchans and bbqed the meat on another table to give us more room and privacy to chat. Once the meat was ready, she stopped waiting on us. I dropped my chopstick accidently, but it was hard to get her attention because she was busy waiting on other dinners. I am always happy eating here- the side dishes are the best and you can always get seconds on them if you ask. Food is always fresh and I have been going for many years with friends and family. The food is good but is it worth being treated like garbage? I don’t think so. They treated us with complete disdain and wouldn’t give us refills on banchan even when we said we’d pay for it. The distinction was apparent when other Korean families were served without having to ask while the waiters were extremely rude to us and ignored us. Then they harassed us as we were leaving. The food and service were disappointing. I was pressured into giving a higher tip despite wanting to leave a tip that reflected the quality of the service. I do not recommend this place!
