There is truly no place like Kim's Sushi. You are always greeted with friendly faces, served complimentary miso soup and salad (per entree), and surrounded by hand written post it notes from people who love Kim's Sushi as much as you will! This is my first Google review and her way, how amazing Kims Sushi is. This was my first experience here and it was all amazing from the quality of food to service. They are not open for dinning, but the curbside pickup process is simple and efficient. The Lord on the phone was patient, helpful with questions and clear to understand. I have a peanut allergy and it was refreshing to hear that they use soy oil for their fried items. We have the fried octopus shoots and 5 reels, all ready within 20 minutes. Kim's is a small sushi restaurant located in a quaint strip mall in Eagle Rock. The service is excellent, the food is incredibly fresh, and the sushi rolls are consistently delicious. The staff treats you like family, making you feel truly special during your visit. I always enjoy stopping by Kim's for sushi whenever I am in town.
Didn't get our order correct, the food was mediocre (avoid the soft shell crab! It was mushy and smelled like wet cat, my mother in law got food poisoning from it! and though they gave us a free item, I'd rather have not gotten something for free and had the food we paid for be better quality. Will not be returning Book a table now
The price is reasonable, but the food quality is very poor. The soft shell crab had a strange taste and mushy texture, reminiscent of wet dog. They offer a complimentary item for takeout, but I would prefer if they used that money to improve the overall quality of their dishes.
This is our favorite go to sushi place! We can't stop going. Fast service and always something special in look and along with our meal. We will continue to be back at Kim's for time and time again
Literally the best, most original and tasteful sushi and sashimi in North Jersey. And I'm not saying this lightly. Not far from route 280. Quick service and casual ambiance.
