First time here was more than what I imagined! I booked a reservation for my fiancé’s surprise birthday dinner including a group of friends that came into town. Upon entering, we were greeted with a warm welcome and we were guided to our seats. Along the way to our table, we were fascinated by the wood-burning aromas from the kitchen, the dim lighting, the soft-acoustics in the background of guest conversations, a picturesque view of Buckhead Village and an homely open patio. First time dinning at the King Duke! Great atmosphere, amazing service. Staff was professional and friendly. Our server made excellent suggestions and made us feel like we were his only customers. Beware of the complimentary cheese bread... it is so good! My evening started off with a French 75. Our entrees consists of the Duck Shank with the SmokeBox Half Chicken with Potato Gratin and Brussels Sprouts. Everything was delicious with the exception of the Brussels Sprouts. The Brussels Sprouts are charred and it overpowers the taste of the vegetable. Other than that I had a great evening and enjoyed my time at K D. I will definitely be back.
Staff and management was superb during our visit. Went for an early dinner after walking around and were dressed very casual compared to other patrons and were treated without judgement. The food was superb. Tomahawk steak was finger licking and impressively massive. The puff pastry was a welcome difference from normal bread. Again service was impeccable. We received the bone marrow that had very little marrow and they replaced it with another without hesitation and was tasty. If we didn’t have so many other restaurants to try, we would totally come back here again. Highly recommended.
This place is amazing. Everything at King Duke is perfect in taste, quality, and atmosphere. My girlfriend and I both ordered burgers—she prefers hers cooked more than I do—but they were both juicy and delicious. We also really enjoyed the beef dripping fries. The drinks were incredible as well; I had the Daisy Buchanan with extra pepper, and it was perfectly balanced. But the best part? The staff! Our waiter was one of the best we've ever had. He assisted us with the menu, offered great recommendations, and kept us laughing. I’d give this place an 11 out of 10!

I made a reservation for two on Valentine's Day for the four-course preset meal with wine pairings. The ambiance was fantastic, and the food was both creatively prepared and beautifully presented. I'm not familiar with the standard level of service here, but I had hoped for a more detailed service experience that included information about the chef, the dishes, and their pairings. Valet parking is available and can be validated, or you can opt for the self-parking in the deck, which is charged by the hour.
The atmosphere was fantastic, and the food and drinks were excellent, complemented by a very friendly server. I deducted one star because I was somewhat disappointed that they didn't do anything special for my husband's birthday. We had mentioned during the reservation that it was a birthday celebration, especially since my father-in-law had come into town for it. While I didn't expect anything extravagant, a simple candle on a dessert would have been a nice touch.
Very beautiful place with nice ambiance but the food was average at best and even though we had a good server it seemed to take a long time for the food to arrive. Had to cancel the dessert after waiting over 30 min for it on an early night when it wasnot busy at all. So much room for improvement but this place deserves the chance.
This is a fantastic spot for a date night! The atmosphere set a wonderful tone for the weekend. The British-style concept was impressive, and everything was superb! My husband and I both ordered burgers and capped off the evening with their sticky toffee cake, which was phenomenal!

Dined here last night with my family for my sister's birthday. We tried most of the menu and enjoyed it all! The restaurant is gorgeous and our server, Salmai, took such great care of us. Highly recommend!!!
