This place is quality from top to bottom, the service to the food to the drinks all hit the spot while making you feel like you're fully invested and involved in the experience. Robert and Ramon made me feel like a King at this place, the tacos were delicious, drinks were strong and I had quality conversations about what brought me as much as my experience. Taste testing a shot really hit the spot. This is my third visit and now it feels like a place I absolutely want to come back to for more than just the bar experience. If you're in Little Italy, make sure to stop by King and Queen on your tour of the bars and restaurants and experience the vibe for yourself.

Holly Molly!!!! We were in San Diego for 4 days but came here 3 times already. That said enough : Atmosphere is hip. Got seated on first floor and second floor. Love both scenes. Though it’s always busy, we were seated right away and food came out always good presentation (talking about woodblock and the little pirate flag within reasonable time. Pricing is reasonable within the area. Personally I am not fond of Mexican food much but this definitely hit the spot. Can’t recommend enough pork belly burrito

I went to visit this restaurant on Taco Tuesday. Its a vibrant hip place. Love the decor colors. There is also a 2nd level. The bartender was a very nice gentleman with great customer service. I had a house Margarita drink. The tequila was a house recipe which was pretty good. Then I had the 3 tacos soft shell special special. It was so good lots of flavor in it. Now I heard this restaurant can get really crowded. It's located near the airport. Give it a visit I know you will love it

Waitress Jasmine is as much as a treasure as King Queen Cantina is! Food was absolutely to die for! The VIP sushi roll was one of the best rolls I've ever had! You cannot go wrong here! Thank you Jasmine for the impeccable service! You're a special person! You did not lead us wrong in anything we ordered! We were seated and had food inside of 15 minutes.. what an impressive establishment! Glad we stopped here before jumping on the plane back to Seattle! Book a table now

This was a lovely spot to have happy hour and watch the beautiful San Diego sunset before flight home. The happy hour has pretty good deals and we found a lot to love on the menu including the drinks. The service is conceptually that of a music pumping, fast paced, high-volume , Mexican resort nightclub. Quite different than many mellow places we’d been into but lots of fun and energizing. The food was very tasty.

This restaurant is a really pleasant spot. Despite being seated in a corner with a group of people, the service was quite slow. I had to wave down a random person four times to get their attention. Nevertheless, the atmosphere was fantastic, with festive music and decor. Even though they were closing soon, the waiters were still polite and friendly. I would recommend this place again. The food was also delicious.

I have had some good Mexican food in my life, but this about topped it all! We only had a small meal here, but every dish we had was absolutely incredible. I strongly recommend getting the margarita flights and trying as many tacos as you can. It may haunt me for a long time knowing those margaritas are out there, far beyond my reach back home in Oklahoma.

Unique delicious tacos! Sweet potato tortilla, chocolate tortilla....all so very good. The bone marrow taco is definitely a must! The margarita flight is fun. The churro cart is cute, but lacking in the confection. 5 stars for the uniqueness and amazing tacos. Book a table now

Service, food and drinks were great. Not a fan of the new decor. Tables feel small. And ambience a bit dark for my taste. To much crazy paint on the walls.
