We arrived around 12:30 PM for our lunch at the restaurant. Upon entering, we found ourselves as the sole occupants inside, while another group of three patrons occupied an outdoor table. Our order comprised an appetizer, a salad, and the special meat grill mix with the choice of couscous instead of rice. The appetizer and salad were promptly served and exceeded our expectations in taste. However, our experience took a turn when the main attraction, the mixed grill plate, didn't arrive for nearly an hour. Interestingly, we observed the waiter delivering food to the outdoor patrons. Curiously, he approached our table with a plate meant for the outside patrons before returning it and clarifyin...
I visited this restaurant with my family for dinner. The manager was friendly, and the decor was impressive, and our waiter was very pleasant—that's where the positives end. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing. The only good items were the pita bread and olives, which weren't even cooked. Our main courses took an hour to arrive and were not enjoyable at all. We ordered a mixed grill of meat and chicken; the meat was incredibly tough and some pieces were burnt, while the chicken was overcooked. The kofta was excessively spicy, although the rice was somewhat acceptable. Overall, we didn’t enjoy our time or the food, and we ended up paying nearly $500 for a very unsatisfactory experience....

Excellent service, food as well as great ambiance in the heart of Somerville, NJ. The food was well prepared, tasted great and the customer service was exceptional. The “mix platter” is highly recommended for a nice variety of Middle Eastern meats/tastes. The owner, Khalid, was very friendly, professional, accommodating and courteous. I wish there was an option for zero stars to give my review. Food is not tasty and barely has any salt. Took more than 1 hour to get our main course. Food is overpriced compared to the quality. What an amazing experience, Friendly service, Food was delicious. had a lot of flavor, specially the grableave as an appetizer. Mixed Grilled and Mix seafood wes cooked to perfection. Finally the dessert was so delicious and fresh. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
The food here is fantastic! I absolutely love this place. My favorite dish is the Char Grilled Chicken kebabs served with rice. Their Red Lentil Soup is also excellent—my husband liked it too! Book a table now
