Popped in for a beer with my wife. Looked nice from outside. Quite spread out inside. Lots of areas. Split level bar. Most people were upstairs which is where the barman was. We had to go up to get served. Was quite early so not...very busy. Bit lacking in atmosphere. Drinks reasonably priced. Finished our drinks and moved on.
the kings has just started doing food again after covid etc,the menu is mainly tapas with some other dishes has well.we went for four tapas plus sweet potatoe fries this was plenty for two people everything was very nice and service was also very good...will definitely be returning.
The Kings is a nice decent pub. Staff are on point, and if you like to warble, then Fri night Karaoke is a must. Great atmosphere to boot.
