If i could give this place zero stars I would. I don't understand how this place has any positive reviews seeing as the ramen is literally maruchan instant ramen. I ordered Tonkatsu Ramen which i have tasted in other restaurants boy was I in for a ride. The soup had a chicken flavor. Ugh. Hubby got the seafood ramen and the seafood was plasticy. Never again. We also ordered some sushi which was ok. The best thing we ate was the garlic edamame it was delicious. The ambiance was decent. The server was nice asked if the food was good I was honest and said No and she smiled and walked away. We had a fantastic experience at this restaurant, thanks to attentive and engaged service from Daniel, our server. The appetizers, sushi rolls, and entrees were all delicious, served promptly and hot. It's one of the few Japanese restaurants that still offers a salad and miso soup to every customer. Although we ordered appetizers, the main portions were more than enough on their own. We mentioned that we traveled all the way from Huntington Beach, drawn in by the impressive 4.8-star rating. Love their salmon sashimi . It is very fresh and delicious . They have such a good variety of sushi rolls. Some rolls are buy one get the second 1/2 off.
