The restaurant formerly known as Kiwi Style has undergone a name and ownership change and is now called The Fisherman's Paradise. The quality of the food remains excellent, just as it has always been. My go-to spot for fish and chips takeaway for years, I have never been disappointed. The consistently good quality of the food, particularly the crumbed fish or fish burgers and chips, along with a side salad, never fails to impress. The friendly service only adds to the overall experience. I highly recommend giving The Fisherman's Paradise a try.
I visited a restaurant called "Fisherman's Paradise" and tried their hake crumbed fish n chips. They charged an additional $2 for dining in. The coating on the fish was good, but the fish itself did not taste very fresh. The fries were overdone, indicating that the oil needed to be changed. The service was pleasant and friendly. I was the only customer there at 1pm on a sunny Saturday by the beach, which suggests that they are not very popular. I probably won't be returning to try them again.
Just had the best fish burger from here! Absolutely delicious! My partner and I ordered takeaway and everything arrived fresh and hot, chips were nice and crispy. They missed off one serving of the chips from our order and I called to let them know thinking they may credit us the money instead they had a driver come and drop off an extra large portion! Such amazing service, the woman on the phone couldn't have been nicer. So glad to have found a great takeaway close to home.
I visited this place a few days ago because of the good reviews. It no longer had the name of the business mentioned here so I asked if this was still the same place. She said they had a change of ownership recently but they still made them kiwi style. We gave this place a chance but was disappointed because the fish was drenched in oil and the batter was soggy. They also charged $2.50 for a side of ketchup. Will not go back.

We ordered takeaway from here for the first time and it did not disappoint. The battered fish was fresh, sweet, flakey and encased in the lightest crispest batter. We also had chips, kumara chips, seafood stick, potato scallops and the battered sav. It was all good !! The service was very friendly. We only wish it was open for lunch and on a Sundays.
We enjoyed Kiwi-style fish and chips from this establishment at the tables and benches in Coogee Park overlooking the beach... and they were truly amazing. The fish was outstanding and the overall experience was unbeatable.
Consistently delicious fish and chips and the service from Nicole and her staff is always impeccable. Love popping in for some fish cocktails and chips. Can not fault these guys!
