Breakfast is just ok.There's a young girl that works the cash register dealing with money and will go back with her germy hands and pull corn bread out and place in a to go order.No gloves or washing hands. I ordered vegetables and was told a roll or tiny piece of corn bread would be an extra $1.60. Want be going back.Place needs remodeling and a good cleaning.
We were traveling through for my sons weeding and this establishment was our go to breakfast, if you love the old dinner vibe with a ton of locals then this is the place, breakfast was that breakfast cooked to your specifications and service is fast , wait staff is great! We are glad we stopped in. We definitely recommend.
I just wanted a quick bite to eat, too lazy to cook. Let' face it when you eat here you do not expect 5 star dining but it is a down home comfortable feeling when you walk in. I love their omelets, burgers, dinners...all of it! Yes it could use an update but that does not reflect on the taste of the food
I recently picked up a vegetable plate that included pinto beans, cabbage, okra, beets, and a square of cornbread for $11.04. There were no meats included on the plate! I don’t think I’ll be returning anytime soon, especially since I can get a similar meal at a nearby restaurant for a lot less. Book a table now

I've been hearing wonderful things about Knife Fork from friends and family since I moved to Monroe a few years ago. I finally had the opportunity to visit, and it certainly exceeded my expectations! Everything I tried was absolutely delicious.
If you like cold breakfast, dayold bacon had a truck stop vibe from the 70s.just got go plates then they got rude as we were paying so we paid an left that s... went to WH.
