my wife and I have sung here at our return visit to Constance since 1983. much has changed, especially now that we can afford to dinate as we studied college students in the foreign country at the time. we have picked this place along the water as it had a perfect environment and was a great location to enjoy the slowly lying sun. on recommendation of the waiter we enjoyed a bottle white from the opposite. it was very good. my wife ordered her favorite meat dish (salmon or chard) and loved every bite of it. I chose the Hungarian goulash, which was tasty, was less Hungarian than I used to. the service was great! all in all, enjoy a great place and relax and observe the people.
really nice fish dish, local bottom lake filet is great. nice personal, we spoke German, but seem to understand English too. good beer also, ingenious brot (see to be made yourself, how most it was warm.) generally expensive, but it is worth it! will come back.
here you can have a very tasty traditional eating, enjoy a beautiful interieur in the historic building and look at the lake. stuff is very friendly, but the service is a little slow. Anyway, it's not too bad to stay here a little longer)
The view is splendid aspecially during sunset. We have a glass drink and a cup coffee. Both of them were satisfactory. Service was good and the waiter was polite.
