Kopan Ramen offers a great atmosphere with well-prepared dishes. Unfortunately, many beggars approach the tables asking for money, which is beyond the restaurant's control. The staff politely tries to ask them to leave, but some still return. Aside from that, I found the broth to be quite flavorful. I also tried the garlic strings from the menu, which caught me off guard by being spicy! They were slightly undercooked, making them a bit tough to chew, but the taste was good. The servers are friendly and do their best to accommodate everyone, despite seeming a bit understaffed.
We went to Kopan Ramen last night to celebrate a family member’s birthday. We tried the Ebisu sashimi, 18-piece cutting ramen, Kuro Mayu ramen, Kara Miso ramen, Senorita roll, OMG roll, baked green mussels, spicy garlic edamame, salmon roll, and the Moon roll. Everything was exceptionally fresh and delicious! The only dishes I didn’t enjoy were the crispy scallop roll and the popcorn roll. The customer service was outstanding. I highly recommend this restaurant!
We were there last night to celebrate a family member?s birthday. We ordered Ebisu Sashimi 18 Pcs Cutlet Ramen, Kuro Mayu Ramen, Kara Miso Ramen, Senorita Roll, OMG Roll, Baked Green Mussel, Spicy Garlic Edamame, Salmon Roll, and The moon roll, theyare super delicious and fresh! The only two orders that I don?t care for are the Crispy Scallop Roll and Popcorn Roll. Customer service was great. Highly recommended!!!
This rating is based on the vegan ramen only. The broth is bland, the vegetables are barely cooked, and the noodles are below average. This dish was so poorly executed I question the rest of the menu. Some of the servers are great, others not so much.The interior does have a really cool vibe, but I don?t think I would come back here again.

The smoked items have a richness that suggests they come from a place that truly excels at smoking. The Tempura and Karaage were pleasantly satisfying, and my Sashimi was incredibly fresh.

I visited this restaurant with a client who wanted to dine here. Please note that the ramen broth is pork-based, so it's not suitable for anyone who avoids pork. I ordered the Okinawa sushi plate, which was quite tasty. Additionally, I tried the squid balls, and they were excellent as well.
Tonkotsu Ramen was amazing! Highly recommend Chashu Fried Rice was also so tasty with a nice picked radish Super Crunch Roll was ok missing eel sauces which made it a bit bland

What a wonderful restaurant! The atmosphere and decor were lovely to admire. The food was also fantastic! I can't stop thinking about the black garlic ramen.
The food was very delicious, but they forgot some of the extra items I ordered.
