On the other hand, the service was exceptional, earning a perfect score of 5. The staff was attentive and friendly, making the evening enjoyable.
The atmosphere was inviting and comfortable, scoring a solid 4. It provided a nice backdrop for our meal.

I have been to Koto many times, and each time is always a new experience. The Hibachi is top notch. It is a great show with lots of flavor and, depending on your party, lots of laughs. They do make you wait until the table is full and will sit you next to new people before assigning you a chef but I don't think that's a problem. The food is always cooked exactly like you want, I have never had bad food here. The drinks were are well balanced as they do have a large bar. The servers are attentive and make the experience go very smooth. If you're in the area, check it out.
We were celebrating a birthday and decided to try this restaurant for the first time. There were twelve of us, and they were incredibly accommodating, ensuring we could sit together. The manager and host were very patient and attentive to our needs. Our waitress was extremely friendly and bilingual, which was a nice bonus. The menu was excellent, the food was delicious, and the prices were reasonable compared to most hibachi places. We had a fantastic experience and will definitely return. We really appreciate their patience with our large group!

Felt completely uncomfortable, unwanted and unwelcome. Staff ignored us when we said please and thank you, and felt rushed to pay the bill as well. Would love for it to change, that was my first and last time going there.
Be sure to check your receipt thoroughly. Avoid the mistake of double tipping, as a 20% service charge is already included for large groups.
