beautiful location on the train station road 4 in the heart of interlaken. a top service is offered here. the service is not to be overwhelmed. attentive and friendly service, with a lot of love and professional skills prepared to eat and that goes into customer wishes is my opinion to the highest level.It has very well maintained rooms for every need.On the small terrace on the road to chill and the people from all nations with their joy and laugh to watch delighted heart and mind.My tip: highly recommended.
terrible cold service no love in the food. tried the fondue. hard soda biscuits for the bread. had a rosti and it was a sloppy mess. staff were rude. except the asian girl who seemed new and was a good little waitress. the swiss/german guy/girl were rude and ignorant and acted like they did not care if you we're there. food is overpriced for what you get.
We enjoyed a fantastic dinner at Krebs, the cheese fondue was the best we had our entire trip in Switzerland. Included with the cheese fondue were potatoes, bread, Chili Peppers, Pears, and Pickles at no additional charge. The staff was friendly and environment was nice. We enjoyed dinner so much we stopped by for a second night!
My wife and I ate in the restaurants (2) twice while staying in the hotel. The first time was to try a real Swiss fondue, the second to try the A la Carte because we enjoyed the fondue so much. We were happy with all four meals and with the service, which has attracted some criticism. Recommended.

great stay. great hotel, great room. I have to say in recent years that we have stayed in many hotels. the recipe was fantastic. I had a lot to ask and pauline was probably the most beautiful and helpful person I met at a recipe. many thanks again pauline and the entire cancer team.
excellent hotel and service of all staff. the room had a nice view, it is large and with amenity kit. everything very clean, with lift and very good fondue in the restaurant. It's a block from the West Train Station.
