Unprofessional and incompetent serving staff delivering a disappointing experience! I spent 50 minutes round trips) returning back to this store after getting off work from a 14 hour Law Enforcement job finding out there were 'Thumb Prints ' indentured on the inner ring of each donuts when I got home. Totally disgusting). These donuts were for my son, it was one of his birthday request wished for his 10th birthday breakfast with his siblings the very next morning. He was utterly disgusted when I opened the box and saw those thumb prints. So, I took the dozen back to the store and asked for a refund and the manager Shirleen) said it would take up to 35 days 35 days?? OMG) to see a refund cred...
My son requested donuts for his 6th birthday party, so I knew right away that we needed to come here because they?ve always been the best when it comes to major donut chains. I was super excited to find they now make minis!! Especially since basic iced andsprinkles were and option. I was sold immediately. The kids enjoyed the donuts. And more importantly, I enjoyed them too! Imean they really hit the spot. Their donuts have always been so light and fluffy in a way I?ve never found anywhere else. Mypersonal favorite is chocolate icing with sprinkles.
Donuts are excessively sweet. Not terrible but not worth coming back for. Service wasn?t good. Staff was awkward and not adept with greeting or generally communicating with customers. Their frozen drink machine was down. Saw another customer dumping theircoffee out in the parking lot. This is the last Krispy Kreme in the area and by the way it?s run wouldn?t be shocked if this oneshuts down too. Factory thing where they make the donuts is cool. Wish there was a schedule to know when there will be freshdonuts.
Absolutely sparkling. The cleanest restaurant I?ve seen anywhere. I walked in at 3:15. Every employee was busy cleaning the store. From the production crew hosing down the glazing conveyor to the cashiers wiping the coffee makers, not one person wasstanding around. Donut ballet. The case was perfectly stocked with donuts. Every table wiped down. All chairs pushed in.Napkins full?Friggin tight!! If they can keep the shop that clean, they can damn sure make tasty donuts. And that they did.

What a great store! We love watching the donuts move along the conveyor belt and under the wall of icing! The dining area is fairly big and always clean. Plus, the employees are very nice, and the lines are short and move quickly. My only down point is that the last few visits the floors have been sticky. This doesn't effect my rating though, since the service and the food are excellent.
Its not easy to find a Krispy Kreme nearby so we could not believe our luck while visiting the Rockville area to find one and we immediately went in (there is a drive thru) and ordered some strawberry donuts with coffee. Delicious?they didn?t last long and we regretted not picking up several more for our trip home.
