I’ve been buying Krispy Kreme pre-pandemic, but now their stores are only taking card payments to ensure “customer efficiency”. Yet, upon walking past this branch recently, they had a Pride flag saying “Everyone is welcome here”. Doubt that includes customers who prefer, on only able, to pay by cash, regardless of sexuality. One can buy their donuts with cash via their in-store cabinets, but I feel doing so would be supporting their business (not bought from Krispy Kreme since Nov 22).
I visited the store today (16.09.19 The lady behind the counter was amazing, a customer was feeding her baby which as you could imagine took a good while, the lady who was serving came over and offered to make her a fresh cup off coffee which I thought was very kind it was refreshing to see. I hope she gets acknowledged for this.
great customer service today. I explained that I was deaf and the person that served me removed his mask at a distance so that I could shine. I bought a dozen glazed donuts and asked how long they would stay fresh. a few great tips. many thanks!

love the selection of donuts but not the prices , shop was chaotic and slow serving , ok as a occasional treat.
