I attempted to order a 10-piece meal that was advertised for $16.99, but the employee informed me that it would be cheaper to buy the chicken individually at $2.59 per piece. I disagreed with her claim. She then explained that the $16.99 option would take 10 minutes to cook, while the ready-made pieces were available immediately—for a higher price. I decided to go ahead and order the cooked chicken, which was handed to me in a brown paper bag and was dripping with grease. Be cautious, as you end up paying more per piece for the chicken on display. Their signage is misleading and constitutes false advertising.
Once we arrived in the Bay Area, I set everything up on a large platter for the family and noticed that we only received three biscuits instead of the six we had ordered. It’s disappointing because trust is so important in business; customers shouldn’t have to double-check their orders. If you want your business to thrive, it’s essential to serve customers with integrity.
Unfortunately, I don’t think I’ll be returning. Even if the fried chicken tastes great, I’d prefer to dine elsewhere. I believe that fundamental honesty is the cornerstone of any successful business.
I would describe the food as passable, but the biscuits were overcooked and didn't have the buttery or honey flavor I was hoping for. The jambalaya was acceptable, but the tenders were inconsistent; they really need someone in the kitchen who can pay closer attention to the recipes and the timing for the biscuits. Unfortunately, this location did not meet my expectations compared to other visits. I've had better biscuits at other places! Perhaps the evening shift is more reliable.
Difficulties with staff communication. They had a hard time understanding English, which made ordering challenging—everyone at the location I visited was Indian. I attempted to order 6 pieces of chicken, but they tried to charge me for 12. I ended up having to resort to sign language to get my order across.

The experience was quite average. The food wasn’t crispy or crunchy as the name suggests. The seasoning lacked flavor, and the dish left a greasy aftertaste. Additionally, the meal came with a small, dry biscuit.
