I ordered online, thinking it would minimize the chances of any mistakes. When I picked up my order, I confirmed twice that it had "no mustard," and they assured me it was correct. However, on my way home, I found mustard on one of the twelve items, and another one also contained it. After realizing this, I returned to the restaurant with the entire order. Line was long, but I saved order from the app in the line 50% with KRYSTAL50 when downloading Krystal app. I also paid on the app after ordered thru drive-thru. (i really wanted the 50% off) but app frozen and then completed and the lady in the window saw my order, my payment, discount applied and removed double order in a breeze that was brilliant. Need a healthy section
So i did Mobil ordering thru drive thru. I get to window and the cashier says that my order was paid comp and she couldn't give it to me because they were switching over to breakfast. Ok like why couldn't you just give me Breakfast
The worst. Always gets orders wrong and looks like they played football with my order before giving it to me, which is always incorrect/missing 2 or 3 things. Go to CVS and get a can of soup if it'd in the wee hours.

It was fast and the service was friendly. I'm not especially a fan of Krystals (I don't like the taste) so I don't often go here, but my husband wanted to. I was impressed by the fast and friendly service.
Outside of the building and parking lot looks like a dumpster exploded!! Service was good and friendly! Just need to get a vacuum truck to come through during down hours!!

Service was fine. The wait was not too long. There were bad pot holes in the parking lot in front of the restaurant and one in the drive-thru.

I LOVE Krystal! This particular time the Krystals were just as fresh and soft as they could be! My family and I very much enjoyed our meal!
